I was blown away by a few things when I first began using Quality Laundry. 1) Their pricing was very reasonable (especially considering they pickup and delivered my laundry for FREE - I live in south Olathe!) 2) Their communication was impeccable 3) From my first contact with the owner Michele to my "last" contact with my delivery driver, everyone was kind & truly interested in how they could help make my life easier by saving me time.
